If you're a Chinese speaker, this is definitely the place for you. Five stars!

My Chinese-speaking coworker swears by Dr. Liu's treatment - she gets acupuncture, massage
and cupping therapy from Dr. Liu himself. I've also observed him practicing these treatments
with his other Chinese clients.

Unfortunately, I don't speak Chinese which is the reason why I don't believe I received the
best care his practice can provide.

For my sessions, Dr. Liu only comes in to apply the needles to my shoulder then leaves me
under the heating lamp for half an hour (I felt like a prime rib sitting on a buffet line).
Sometimes, he's follow this by covering my back with a heating pad (which makes me feel like
a dinner roll in a warming basket).

To be fair, Dr. Liu seems really nice and effective but I think the language barrier is
definitely an issue. If I can't tell him exactly what's ailing me, how can he do a complete
and thorough diagnosis and treatment?

The fourth (and last time) I had an appointment with him, I had a horrible pain in my neck.
I tried to tell him this before my treatment with a combination of key words (hurt, pain, etc.)
and charades (pointing to my neck and shoulders) but he didn't do anything different from before
and the pain had worsened by the end of my appointment (not his doing). I couldn't move my neck
to back my car out of the parking lot and had to wait for a while until the cars beside me left.
I was in tears from the pain and frustration by the time I drove out around 8pm.

So unless you speak Chinese or have the services of an interpreter during your office visit,
this may not be the place for you.
