★蒸蛋蝦

★蒸蛋蝦

材料:

1 中蝦(下鹽,料酒,調味)

2 雞蛋(打勻,下鹽,糖,胡椒粉,少許水,油)

3 蔥花

做法:

1 把蛋放置盤子里,蓋上保鮮紙(可保蛋嫩滑),中火蒸,差不多好時

2 把蝦放置蛋上,再蒸一會,下蔥花,完成。



★百花釀花菇

材料:

1 中蝦(斬碎,下味道,下蛋清,生粉攪拌均勻)

2 花菇(熱水泡軟,去頂)

3 蒜容,蔥花

調味汁:玉米澱粉,鹽,糖,蚝油,芝麻油,胡椒粉,上湯

做法:

1 把蝦容釀入花菇,放置碟上,蒸好,去水

2 用黃油爆香蒜容,蔥,放置花菇上

3 煮好調味汁后淋在花菇上,下蔥花完成。
