這位楊博士也是兩年博士後於/6月份回浙江大學的, 當年9月就被提副教授. 兩年就破格提為教授. 楊博士在美國的學校是三流大學. 但博士后的工作單位不錯. 論文也不少. 所以浙江大學應該說很重視海歸. 提升的很快..在美國如在大學, 現在能混上一個副教授了吧. 但大概還到不了教授, 但他當了教授已經5年了. 科研經費也不少.所以關鍵要看自己的實力及努力. |
