My petition is approved. In the approval issued by USCIS, class consulate or POE is HIB Shenyang. Does this mean I must apply my visa at the consulate of Shenyang. I am working in Hong Kong. May I apply my visa in Hong Kong? It is much convenient to me. Thanks for reply in advance
