午夜的清新劑：The Clientele

The clientele是來自於英國倫敦的一支indie pop /dream pop樂隊.異於所有那些大紅大紫的英倫樂隊．他們不像oasis,擁有如此風情萬種的聲線與明朗繚繞的旋律．如同春初洋溢在城市上空溫暖，並讓人荷爾蒙過度分泌的空氣．他們更不是radiohead,熟練運用華麗效果翩翩起舞的蝴蝶詩人，會在黑夜哭泣．The clientele更加喜歡簡簡單單，沒有大量的合成以及吉他效果．他們不會用失真告訴人們哀傷時的絕望，不會用撕吼來痛訴愛情政府毒品死亡．所有的吉他都像水滴般地晶瑩剔透，乾乾淨淨地出沒於某個午夜．主唱的聲音似乎更偏向於70年代單飛后的列農.微微的有些沙啞，加上lo-fi的效果,感覺完全是一支來自於60-70年代的樂隊,悠遠帶有漸進的模糊．旋律更是上乘,它們如同一面如鏡的湖,當黃昏夕陽落滿湖面,倒影成了他漂泊的聲響,娓娓訴來那些雲上的日子．sunburn light;適合午夜聆聽,適合喜歡午夜的人們．因為他們可以讓你清醒,保持一個幸福寬容的姿態,稀釋一些白日里浮躁的,說不清道不明的怪誕.
