出生於上個世紀80年代末，從小就生長在一個音樂的氛圍里，Keisha的媽媽是一個職業靈魂樂歌手。 她繼承了母親最優秀的歌唱基因，曾為知名藝人Black Eyed Peas和Lemar等人做過暖場，首支單曲《Watcha Gonna Do》在UK榜上排在第75名。2005年3月7日，憑藉首張專輯《Seventeen》震驚英國音樂界后，便成為數家唱片公司爭奪的才女。2006年2月27日，發行的《The Weakness In Me》是她迄今為止成績最好的一首單曲。在UK單曲榜上排名第17位。
Keisha曾經是一位地下歌手，為藝人Black Eyed Peas(黑眼豆豆)，Lemar等人做過暖場。在美國還飾演了惡評如潮的Catwoman，也就是在美國遇上了Cassidy，兩人的合作Don't Care Who Knows成了她繼Watcha Gonna Do之後的第二首單曲，可惜專輯並沒有收入她的第一首單曲，29名的成績至少比起上一首有著極大的進步。不過對於18歲的Keisha White來說，她確實要比常人成熟的多。Keisha在獨立發行單曲之前，曾經出現在Paul Oakenfold的歌曲中，也就是從那時起收到唱片公司的關注
