in china, the corrupted government officials wish to maintain the current order of the society unchanged for as long as it can get. the games that have being played, and will be opened to play with any new versions,  can be summarized in two words: get more. and don't say that you believe those should be honest men and women who came to their posts with nothing but a good will.
