巴西、阿根廷產寶石，柬埔寨緬甸也有寶石，非洲也有。可是不同國家的寶石加工技術是不一樣的！有些比較粗糙的，是手工業者自己加工，然後在紀念品商店賣，有些，那就是可以珍藏的，價格不菲的傳家之寶了。我覺得全世界的手工業者不同行業都應該有一個統一評價和執照。那當他們的產品在全球市場賣的時候就有一個標準，就可以給一個好的價值！而且這些工匠流動的時候就可以量才使用。

Precious stones are produced in Brazil and Argentina. They are also found in Cambodia and Myanmar. They are also found in Africa. But different countries of gem processing technology and skills is not the same! Some of them are rough, the craftsman processing and then sold in souvenir shops. some, that can be treasured, expensive , can be heirloom of the treasure. I think craftspeople all over the world should have an unified evaluation system giving licenses for different trades. When their products are sold in the global market, there is a standard, which can give a good value! And these craftsmen can be measured and used while they are on the move.
