大國博弈. 中國人口眾多，兜底全球製造業，螞蟻搬家，世界上哪一個民族可以做到這樣啊？這邊猶太律師曾告訴我，為什麼美國人要打擊日本車，因為日本人要發展高端車型，要跟美國的林肯,凱迪拉克,德國的賓士,寶馬相抗衡，所以歐美覺得不爽.只要你不動搖我們老大的霸權地位，我們可以讓你活，給你一席之地的.偏偏俄國人有本領又自尊心強，硬碰硬的結果，就是蘇聯解體，俄國經濟受封鎖.中國不同啊，中國的經濟規模大，而且中國的經濟不是以地域為界限的，是在世界整體經濟體系中佔據著廣大基礎，所以歐美都不敢對中國太多制裁，因為那不等於砍自己的腳.而且中國人吞聲忍氣，一直不跟歐美爭搶風頭，所以歐美對中國下手再狠，也不會傷筋動骨，因為他們還要靠中國市場賺錢的，他們的工業基礎人民生活中很多東西都是靠中國大陸生產的。如中國大陸港口集裝箱三天不發貨，外部世界的人過日子就大有問題了！普京罩著敘利亞.現在中國提倡的世界一體，一帶一路，中國不霸道，不自私，給普京一個展現地域大國政治地位的機會.其實中國也管不了俄國呀. 歐盟太遠自身不保幹不了這個，所以讓俄國做是最好選擇，斯坦國本來就是前蘇聯加盟共和國，中亞，西亞地區，如果俄國能施加影響保持安寧的話，是件好事！德國大使為什麼抱怨中國互聯網不合作. 一切聽中國指揮. 互聯網是一個大系統，人類社會現代文明發展到這個階段，不像以前可以發明一個小的個體的科技，並以此作為產品的主要依靠，或者把不同的技術綜合起來形成一個產品。現在一方面個體的細節的技術在不斷深化，另一方面更多是向大規模進入到系統的設計，如果是系統的話，那就不是個體設計能夠輕而易舉介入的. 比如說，無線電話系統，不是所有廠家都可以生產手機的，一定要按照系統的總設計，國際通訊行業的約定，才能設計手機接收和發送信號的. 歐洲國家很多都是傳統的個體產品生產國，比如說大型機械精工電子產品，美國之所以二戰以後國力超強，那是因為美國花人力物力在全球的大系統設計上，無論是軍事系統還是金融系統，並以此來挾持遙控各國的政治系統。系統的威力是單個國家沒有辦法抗衡的，這也是為什麼到現在為止，歐洲國家,日本,韓國，即使自殘也要替美國做馬前卒啊，因為他們是被綁上美國大系統的戰車了. 現在中國在互聯網經濟有超級位置，因為14億人口這些年對互聯網的應用拓展超過了美國。比如無線支付，比如各種大平台服務，網易呀，網購啊，阿里巴巴，天貓，淘寶，去哪兒，攜程，還有更多的智能應用，小國沒有這個需要也沒有這個人才，所以中國現在有話語權。因為是系統，所以別的國家幾乎擠不進來,中國可以對歐洲那些小國不屑一顧的.
