聽說明澤想來加州做法律，挺不錯的，不知道是哪一方面？ 美國這邊中國人圈子裡做法律，其實不那麼複雜, 大多數是做移民的, 還有的是做勞工傷害的, 車禍什麼的. 中美有那麼多貿易，商業貿易糾紛卻不是很多，連那麼會做生意的台灣人，凡是遇到跟美國這邊的糾紛，大都是吃進肚子里的. 其實美國法律分很多種，民亊，刑事. 因為中國人圈子小, 沒有那麼多的法律案件, 所以有的律師就做很多類型. 在加州要考律師執照很不容易的. 我有一個朋友以前在國內是讀英文的, 在律師樓也做了好多年，在法學院讀了四年, 畢業了卻沒敢去考, 知道考不過. 還是用了猶太老律師的執照開了律師事務所，其實很多這邊的中國人律師樓，診療所, 都是這樣做的，因為她手上有很多的移民客戶, 卻沒有執照，也算合作吧. 不知道明澤是有興趣賺錢嗎？還是想做政府間的政治? 如果以後中國政府和這邊政府有許多的交流互動的話，是需要後邊有律師來規範定義起草很多法律文件和政策的！會有很多的政府間的交涉，要認識很多各方面的人物，也可能會枯燥. 那些律師寫document , 就像88寫長篇八股文一樣，可以寫幾百頁的官樣文章！律師看文件, 一目十行, 懂得哪裡去找關鍵詞，懂得怎麼跟人交涉，掌握法律條文玩得漂亮！在美國, legal system 也是猶太人的天下, 所以你要了解規則, 他們是一大幫人. 在洛杉磯的猶太人律師，就創頭組織了一個洛杉磯律師的交響樂團，在比華利山. 因為律師是個體行業，像醫生一樣，不太容易有好的社交，他們組織活動是讓同行們在一起，交朋友，找對象的！我去聽過一次他們的音樂會，也有中國年輕律師參加，都是精英，樂隊水平很不錯的！這次9月2號他們又聚在一起唱6-70年代的歌. 如果明澤來，歡迎也可以一起去參與，會認識很多這邊的青年才俊律師們！
