看國產紀錄片，」遠方的家」，」走遍中國」，非常好看. 每到一個地方，就有當地特色的食品還有文化. 陝西老腔就是從中發掘出來，現在上了央視春晚. 我想中國各地應該有許多這種富有特色的文化，或者祭奠，雖然原始，規模小，不成氣候，但是如果有些人把它們整理出來，豐富其內涵，用現代的音樂舞蹈藝術形式把他們表現出來，那就會很不一般. 因為往往這些東西有震撼人心的效果，那麼多年歷史了. 再有那些當地特色的食物，我看那些人守著一個小鋪子，每天起早貪黑，大多手工製作，門口又那麼多人排隊. 我就在想，雖然有人會做網售，但也要有心找到人去做，而且也只是這麼一個產品, 不容易做起來. 可不可以將有些食品加以改良，以集團方式去做，也可以以半成品的方式去做，真空包裝. 每一個當地省政府都有專門的網站介紹這些產品，那就可以銷往全國. 我家以前在上海附近，有家蘇州特產店 「采之齋」，他的鮮肉月餅非常有名. 以前從來不排隊的. 現在每天門口都要排長龍，有時要等一個多小時. 我覺得很納悶, 不夠賣就多開幾間工廠生產，多開幾個門面就好了. 如要吃熱的, 買真空包裝的回去微波爐里熱一下，或烤箱放5分鐘就夠了. 要等一兩個小時，就為了吃一口熱的鮮肉小月餅，腦子有沒有搞錯！

My family was in Shanghai, and there was a Suzhou specialty shop "Chai Zhi Zhai" not far from my home. Its fresh meatmoon cake is very famous. It never lined up before. Now every day, there are long lines at the door, sometimes youhave to wait more than an hour. I feel very puzzled. If you don't have enough for sell, you can open a few more factories, better to open a few more stores. If you want to eat hot, buy a vacuum package and go home to  microwave it, or put in oven for 5 minutes. Enough. Wait an hour or two, just to eat a hot fresh meat moon cake, the mind is  wrong!
