This book specifically highlights the scientific evidences resulted from numerous researches in the fields of bioorganic & medicinal chemistry, chemical biology, molecular biology, pharmacology, clinical biology and modern formulation technology. In the book, the valuable cancer inhibitors discovered and/or developed from 238 Chinese herbs (Natural Medicines) have been highlighted in the following aspects:  1) the anticancer constituents and activities;   2) in vitro and in vivo spectrum of herb and cancer inhibitors;  3) the exploration of anticancer mechanisms;  4) the structure modification, bioactive derivatives, and the structure-activity relationship;  5) the clinic trials; 6) anti-invasive  and anti-metastatic effects, reduction of multi-drug resistance and enhancement of immune system, and synergistic effect with current chemotherapy and radiotherapy; 7) the modern formulation (nanocapsule and immutoxin); as well as 8) other biological properties and the source of each herb.
