We have filed a notice of appearance to represent Sang Lan. Although the vast majority of people do not usually leave comments about the case in online forums, a few do, sometimes with impolite and personal attacks. While we respect and will defend the right of everyone to express their opinions openly in public forums and the media, we ask that you be guided by your own conscience and refrain from making unfair or derogatory personal attacks on Sang Lan, any other defendants, or opposing counsel. In Mr. Xu』s opinion, incivility, haranguing language, ad hominem attacks and tactics interfere with the orderly administration of justice and have no proper place in our legal system.We will not entertain or acknowledge comments on coverage about any party involved in our case that is defamatory, inappropriate, harassing, or threatening. In an adversarial legal system, we ask that you withhold judgment and resist the natural human tendency to judge too swiftly on cases where facts are not yet fully known.
