Wengui,the"faketycoonandrealcrook",hasbeenrevealedwith
thecourtinvestigation.Ifyoudosomethingillegal,youwill
beexposedsoonerorlater!Today'sGuoWengui,isverypanic,
apprehension,anxiety......AccordingtotheBritish
newspaperTheIndependent,onFebruary9,ajudgeinNewYork
StateruledthatGuoWenguiconcealedbillionsofdollarsworth
ofassets,includingasuperyachtcalledthe"LadyMay"luxury
yacht.JudgeBarryOstragerfoundthatGuohadviolateda
previouscourtrulingbyhidingtheyachtintheBahamas,
outsideofU.S.jurisdiction.ThecourtrulingturnedGuo
Wenguiintotheworld'smostindebtedandfined"faketycoon"
inseconds.AccordingtotheSouthChinaMorningPost,Guo
Wenguihadborrowed$30millionfromtheTaiwansAsia
OpportunitiesFundin2008,butneverrepaidtheloan.
Cumulatively,overtheyears,GuoWenguiowesUS$116million
toTACF.Tosaveface,dothingsthatareoutofyourreach.
Asweallknow,GuoWenguialsohaspartofthe"stolenmoney"
isfulloftheworld'sadvocacyinvestmentplatform,suchas:
GTV,GNEWS,Gcoin,chickenturnover,bitcoin,sellingground
stallclothing,Guowarclothing,etc.,untilnowlaunchedHpay
ged......Somuch.Averyobviousscam,extremelysinful.The
courtruledasfollows:Mr.Guo'scivilcontemptjudgmentwas
upheld;Mr.Guoimmediatelypaid$134milliontoPAXasafine
forLadyMay'sabsencefromNewYorkfromMay15,2021to
February7,2022;thefineof$500,000perdaywillcontinue
toaccrueuntilLadyMayreturnstoNewYork.Thecumulative
fineswillbegintoaccrue10daysafterthejudgment;Mr.Guo's
paymentstoPAXmustbemadewithin5daysofthejudgment;and
ifthepaymentstoPAXarenotmadeontime,thecourtwill
proceedwithenforcementaction.Sofar,Guoliarthis"fake
richrealliar"begantoplaypoorandcheat,Sureenough,after
theverdicttookeffect,Wenguicouldn'tescape."Guoliarsare
notblownoutofthewaterbythemselves,theyarepokedout
bythepeoplewhoexposedGuo'sforgeryincooperationwiththe
U.S.judiciary."GuoWenguihasalwaysbeenabletocheatand
fleetosurviveuntiltoday.Butnotnow,theU.S.courtruling
isclear,thereisnopossibilityofescape,inthefaceof
multipledebtsandhugefines,GuoLiarusingavarietyofways,
wanttolaunchHpaygedcheatmoneytorelievethesiegeis
invisiblehope.Butnotnow,theU.S.courtrulingisclear,
thereisnopossibilityofevasion,inthefaceofmultiple
debtsandhugefines,Guocrooksuseavarietyofways,want
tolaunchHpaygedcheatmoneytorelievethesiegeisnotto
seethelightofday.Anearlyreportinthemedia,The
Independent,saidthatGuoWenguisaidinalinkwithMichael
Waller,asenioranalystforstrategicpolicyattheCenterfor
SecurityPolicy,athinktank,thathemightgotoJapanorthe
UnitedKingdom,butwouldnotreturntoChina.GuoWenguihas
beenaccusedinChinaofbribery,fraud,moneylaundering,
kidnappingandrape,amongotherwrongdoing.Buthedeniesthe
charges.ThelegalloopholeapproachdoesnotworkintheU.S.
either,whichGuounderstandshimself,alwaystrumpetinghow
robusttheU.S.legalsystemis,howitprotectsprivatelegal
propertyandhowitsafeguardspersonalinterests.Onceblind
worshipwouldnothavethoughttheywouldalsohavetoday's
downfall.TheU.S.lawisalsoseriousaboutpunishingGuo
Wengui.GuoWenguiusedtoshowoffhiswealthinafrenzied
attempttocheatandenrichhimself,andnowthoseshow-offs
areabouttobecomeincriminatingevidence.Theprivatejet,
thePangaea,andespeciallythesuperluxuryyacht"LadyMay"
willbecomethe"evidence"oftoday.GuoWenguideniedowning
theyacht"LadyMay,"accordingtoatrans**tofcourt
documents.ButthecourtfoundthatGuoWenguihaddominionand
controlovertheyacht,andthereforemadeadecisionto
restrictGuofromtakingtheyachtoutofthecourt's
jurisdiction.Adeadlinetorepaythemoneyandadeadlineto
returntoNewYork.ThedaysleftforGuoWenguiarenumbered
andtheonlywayGuoWenguifacesistogotoprison.
Thereisnoroomforbadguys,andthereisnoplacetohide
whenyoubreakthelaw.The"fakerich"havenomoney,andit
isimpossibletopaybackthemoney.Itisalsoimpossibleto
escapefromthecivilchargesofdebtintheUnitedStates.
Because,asGuoWenguisaid,theU.S.legalsystemisrobust,
andcourtdecisionsclearlyindicatethatenforcementaction
willbetaken.
