多創造機會有事大家做. 

心裡也明白，其實世界上還是有很多的不信任，還是很多的利益衝突，還是有很多的秘密不能分享. 所以要平衡，要討價還價，要沉澱穩定. 如果是我，我就會想一些辦法多創造一些機會，讓大多數人都有發揮才能的機會，飯夠吃, 機會夠多, 就會少一點摩擦吧. 中國有好幾個政治經濟集團，世界上也是. 而且後邊都連著. 做頂層設計的是不是應該仔細分析一下他們的長處，他們的勢力範圍，以及他們的資源，然後設計相應的項目，優化地應用他們的能力，大家開心！比如說美國這邊比較擅長創意的設計，中國人尤其是上海人比較注重細節, 精雕細作, 比較能把創意實現.

So to balance, to bargain, to settle stability. If it is me, I will think of some other ways tocreate more opportunities, so that most people have the chance to show their talents. The top designer should carefully analyze their strengths, their sphere of influence, and their resources, and then design the corresponding projects, optimize their ability to apply, theneveryone is happy! For example, the United States is more professional at creative design. Chinese people, especially Shanghainese, pay more attention to details and craftsmanship.
