我有很多創意的想法，謝謝你們願意聽，謝謝你們願意承受我的創意，請問你們用什麼方式支付呢？政府財政支出有一部分就是採購，有沒有創意想法的採購項目？說實在話，我很多的想法，是在很高層的頂層設想，超越國家主權和文化宗教限制，別人是沒有權力，也沒有能力去付諸實現的，也只有你們，才能夠去做. 請別笑話我，我有很多想法，請慢慢聽，謝謝！今天講一個比較中層的想法. 這次你們訪英, 帝國學院給彭媽媽一件羊絨披風, 是按照她的照片, 計算出她的尺寸, 以尺寸為標準設計製作出來的. 這就是比較先進的時裝設計理念個體化的量體裁衣. 我們小時候做衣服都是到裁縫店，讓老師傅量好幾個基本尺寸，比如胸圍腰圍肱圍臂長等等，給他們自己一些買好的喜歡的布料，幾天後去拿成衣. 所以衣服基本合身，但是衣服式樣就這麼幾種，所選的布料和式樣配不配，自己不見得知道，裁縫師傅也只能給點建議. 現在買衣服去大商場，那麼多種衣服，各種價錢，要挑要試，最後買的大概也算差不多吧，不一定合適，也不一定配. 這邊那麼多大商場服裝店，那麼多的衣服, 好多是同一類型的，粗製亂做的、現在還有網購，能買幾件？好多好多的衣服都是擺在哪兒浪費的.做衣服是要原料的，棉花呀化纖呀，是要人力縫制的，是要銷售渠道， 是要運輸的，是要製作機械的. 我覺得超過一半是浪費的， 而且還不見得好看，以及合身.
