This object is  to provide certificate service to regulate the art education world wide. To encourage and enhance art education , to improve young generation's art appreciation and personal educational quality.

世界上從來沒有這樣的標準存在過。 藝術教育是逐個地區，沒有分類標準。 對特殊人才的需求日益增長，需要一個受監管的制度，以便更好地開展教育，有效地選擇人才，進行市場評估和生產更好的產品。

No such a thing has ever exist in the world. Art education is region by region, no classified standard. The growing need for special talents requires a regulated system for better education, for effectively select talents, for  market evaluation and producing better products.
