中國高中以下教育 Chinese education under highschool

中國教育說複雜不複雜，說不複雜又複雜. 嘻嘻.我先講中學以下教育.

 The complexity of Chinese education is not complicated, it is also complicated. hehe. I will first talk about the education under high school.

1.我覺得中國有那麼多孩子，不必用一樣的教學大綱. 有一些特別的領域孩子是要從小開始培養，他們不必跟隨通常的教學大綱來培養.

I think there are so many children in China that don't have to use the same syllabus. There are some special areas where children need to start from a young age. They don't have to follow the usual syllabus to cultivate.

2. 我看見國務院最近出了一個通知要在初中高中進行美學教育，美學教育應該是在出生后就啟蒙的.對腦子的發育相當有效.

2. I saw that the State Council recently issued a notice to conduct aesthetic education in junior high schools. Aesthetic education should be enlightened after birth. It is quite effective for brain development.

3. 孩子的教育應該按照孩子的身體發育心理成熟度而設計，不拔苗助長，但有些技能一定要幾年訓練才行，非從小培養不可。
3. The education of the child should be designed according to the child's physical developmental psychological maturity. It is not encouraged by over-pulling, but some skills must be trained for several years, better startyoung.

4. 對孩子的規劃，人生的規劃，應該從每一個嬰兒做起.要看他家庭的背景，基因，發育，環境，不能要求每一個孩子都是聰明，會考試，而顏值高，運動有天賦，藝術感強，動手能力，組織能力，社交能力，等等，每人都有用武之地的.

4. Planning for children, planning for life, should start from every baby. It depends on the background, genes, development, and environment of the family. You can't ask every child to be smart, have high scores, goodlooking, talented, artistic, handy, organized, social, and so on, all have their place.

5. 社會有不同需要，未來行業有對人才的需求，按需求合理分配學生，合理設計課程.

5. The society has different needs. In the future, the industry has a demand for talents. Students are reasonably allocated according to their needs and the curriculum is rationally designed.

6. 現在的教育很多的責任在家長，其實住宿，如果有好的老師，孩子們又在一起的話，教育的質量更好. 讓一部分孩子住宿. 住宿還可以讓孩子們輪住不同的校園，接受不同的地區文化熏陶和交流.又有空間運動玩耍.為什麼一定要把孩子送到國外，中國的教育不差.我就是住宿學校出來的.

6. Many of the current education responsibilities are in the parents, in fact, if there is a good teacher, the children are together in boarding school, the quality of education is better. Let some children stay. Accommodation can also allow children to live on different campuses， accepting different regional cultures and exchanges， also space for sports and play. Why do you have to send your children abroad, and Chinese education is not bad. I am from the accommodation school.

7. 應該讓一部分孩子學不同的文化不同的語言，更要精通. 因為這些人長大要到世界各地去為中國人謀利的，溝通的，不懂別人，處處碰壁. 英文中有許多隱晦的東西，是要聽話聽音的，中國的高級翻譯也不見得懂. 

7. Some children should learn different cultures and different languages, but they must be proficient. Because these kids grow up go to the world to make profits for the Chinese, to communicate with others. If they do not know others, will hit the wall everywhere. There are many subtle things in English, you need to understand the meaning behind it, even the Chinese senior translators may not understand.

8. 中國的教育在世界上是先進的，應該把它做成一個招牌吸引國外的孩子來學習，應把優秀教師的經驗，(對小孩的心理相當了解）還有教學方法，（藝術化）編成課程錄像或動畫，放在網站上，用各種語言，銷往全球. 這邊有許多世界級人才，在美國沒有舞台，美國也存心讓他們爛掉不回國發揮，為什麼不請他們去教學呢？中國老師缺國際背景.

8. China's education is advanced in the world. It should be made into a brand name to attract foreign children's come to learn. The experience of excellent teachers, (a good understanding of children's psychology) and teaching methods (artistic) should be adopted and compiled as a video or animation course, put on the website, and sell to the world in various languages. There are many world-class talents here. There is no stage in the United States. The United States makes them rotten without returning to China. Why not ask them to teach? Chinese teachers lack international background.

9. 對文科專長的要讓他們見多識廣到處看看，理科專長要專精拔萃，（數學好的腦子是長期訓練出來的）動手能力要多提供機會.

9. For the liberal arts specialties, let them see more places go around. The science specialties should be distinguished. The good mathematics brain is trained from young. Train hands-on ability should provide more opportunities.

10. 中國孩子，尤其是女孩子要學家政，理財，化裝，烹飪.男孩子要學一點裝修，園藝，汽車維修.因為以後要過日子的.

10. Chinese children, especially girls, must learn academic, financial, cosmetic, and cook. Boys must learn a little about house remodeling, gardening, and car repair. Because they will live a life in the future.

11. 最好和國外的學校能夠聯網，每年有一二次出國演出交流機會.

11. It is best to network with foreign schools and have one or two chance to go abroad for performances every year.

12.如果 想去國外留學的孩子，要講給他們聽居住國的法律還有基本的醫療知識. 

12. If you want to go abroad to study, you should tell them about the laws of the country of residence and basic medical knowledge.
