設計政治管理系統 Design political management system

從我們的系統設計術語來說，要對整個大系統的結構進行分析，對子系統的結構分析，設計大小系統的界面，系統的控制與修正. 整個系統要優化操作，系統災難要預防修整，收集控制的參數以及公式. 我覺得其實政治的操作也可以像系統那樣，可以在不同的族群，不同的社會階層，不同的工作者中間設置一定的反饋。綜合這些反饋加以分析，看有多少支持者，支持什麼. 對這些政治理念，可以引導也可以滿足.文革做得簡直是瘋狂，這邊近幾年也差不多.我覺得真正的決策者是不能用族群文化比例來選擇，而是應該以他們的知識背景和能力，因為他們是以上帝的法則做決策，上帝是看不見族群，文化和美醜的. 美國把政治皮膚色化了，表面的公平代表了實際上的不公平，因為缺乏專業知識的人做不了專業的決策.

From the perspective of our system design terminology, it is necessary to analyze the structure of the whole large system, analyze the structure of the subsystem, design the interface between system, control and correct the system. The whole system should be optimized, and the system disaster should be prevented, eliminated, collect the parameters and formulas of the control. I think that the political operation can also set a certain feedback among different ethnic groups, different social classes, and different classes. Combine these feedbacks and analyze them to see how many supporters support them. These political ideas can be guided and satisfied. The Cultural Revolution was simply crazy, and here is almost the same in recent years. I think the real decision makers cannot use ethnic culture ratio as a choice, but it should be based on their knowledge background and ability, because they make decisions based on the laws of God. God can't see the ethnic group, culture and beauty. US has colored the political skin and on surface it looks fair. Actually unfair, because people who lack professional knowledge can't make professional decisions.

很多時候民眾的決策和真正正確的決策是不一致的，因為人不是上帝，不然哥白尼就不會被火燒死了. 我覺得決策者應該把決策的理念和整個政治結構公開地教育民眾, 就像每一個城市有他自己的球隊一樣，你可以有本土政治，你可以追隨自己的球隊，為他搖旗吶喊. 但是政治結構應該提供場地提供球隊聯盟，提供遊戲規則，應該讓民眾知道這不是一場戰爭，也不是輸贏就決定所有這些城市球場收入歸屬誰，這只是一個精神上喜好的選擇. 政治立場常和經濟利益權利相結合.我個人覺得像這種預算的分配，建設的計劃等等，完全是應該按大數據看經濟的供需，看系統設計規劃，看未來人類的科技發展的走向，來制定的. 是一個專業的選擇，應該少一點政治的選擇. 現在中國和日本德國競爭高鐵項目，有那麼大的政治壓力. 再過幾十年等全世界的高鐵都建立起來，人們所看見的只是說那個高鐵的質量好，系統設計優良，運行便捷，大概不太會說噢這是中國的，這是日本的，或者是德國的. 現在世界各地都有高壓電架，電廠，電線，你知道是誰建的嗎？不知道，可照用不誤.

In many cases, people's choice and true correct decision-making are inconsistent, because people are not God, or Copernicus would not be burned to death. I think policy makers should educate the public openly about the concept of decision-making and the entire political structure. Like every city has its own sports team, you can have local politics follow your team and scream for them. It』s just a spiritual choice to decide who the stadiums profit belong to.Political positions are often combined with economic interests. I personally feel that such budget allocation, construction plans, etc. should be based on big data to see the supply and demand of the economy, look at the system design plan, and look at the future development of human science and technology. To develop a professional choice, there should be less political choices. Now China and Japan and Germany compete for high-speed rail projects, there is so much political pressure. In the next few decades, when the world's high-speed rail net has been established, people will look at that if the quality of the high-speed rail is good, if the system design is excellence, and ifthe operation is convenient. No one would probably say that this is madeby China, by Japan, or by German. Now there are high-voltage electric grids, power plants, wires, all over the world, do you know who built it? I don't know, use as it is.
