荒謬的美國的法律 Ridiculous American law

美國政府是不講道理的，美國的法律有時候是很荒謬的.  今年抓了兩個中國人，FBI又放了他們，給他們事業家庭人生都造成巨大創傷. 他們的邏輯是有沒證據證明你有罪是不重要的，重要的是我有權可以隨時來抓你，想怎麼對你就怎麼對你.  這邊的法律是房客有權利可以破壞你的房子，但是作為房東你一定要負責把它修好.不然政府就罰款，罰款甚至超過修房子的十倍，百倍. 法院的法官政府還有律師都串通起來，看中你的房產要你的錢，律師居然跟我說想想中國共產黨比這更壞. 有這麼比的嗎？ 政府是你生活在這個國家的保障，軍隊是你在國外的保障. 如果你連這兩個保障都沒有，你跟別人做生意，你把錢那麼多錢放出來，太危險了.  可口可樂被罰三十三億，我去年住地農場的主人被政府罰款，一輩子的心血就沒有了. 

The US government is unreasonable. The US law is sometimes ridiculous. This year, two Chinese were arrested, and FBI released them later, causing great trauma to their families. Police』s logic is that it is not important with or without evidence，you are guilty at the first place. What is important is that police has the right to arrest you at any time, treat you whatever they fell like at that moment. The law here is that the tenant has the right to destroy your house, but as the landlord you must be responsible for repair it. Otherwise the government will give you a fine, and the fine will be even more than ten, hundred times that of repairing the house. Saw you have a property, government court』s judges』 and lawyers are all colluding to ask for your money. The lawyer actually told me to think about the Chinese Communist Party is even worse. Is there such a comparison? The government is the guarantee that you live in this country. The army is your protection abroad. If you don't even have these two guarantees, you do business with others, you put so much money out, it is too dangerous. Coca-Cola was fined 1.3 billion. The owner of the farm last year we stayed was fined by the government, and all his life was gone.

以前做軍工，軍工里，軍隊里，從上到下，腦子還在上一個世紀. 政府預算一大筆錢是到他們口袋裡去的. 做出來做不出來也沒什麼關係，綁架國會那幫人就夠了. 不知道你們軍隊之間的溝通怎麼樣，我不希望看見今天誰有這方面的什麼新武器，明天他又有什麼克制的武器. 我希望看見有一天尖端武器全部消失，只留下太空海洋陸地的綜合監控系統，為大氣物理天文水文地質用. 只是沒有人會自動放棄權利，狗急跳牆時還會咬你一口. 殖民結束時德國人英國人離開智利時燒掉了一大片森林，至今那邊還是一片焦土. 你的槍上鏜了嗎？錢太多了嗎？是時候了嗎？真替你擔心.

I used to be in defense industry. Inside military from top-down, their brains were still in last century. The government』s budget has a big chunk going to their pockets. It doesn』t matter if you can』t delivery the products or not, as long as kidnapping the congressional people，it』s enough. I don』t know how the communication between your armies are, I don』t want to see who has any new weapons today, and what restraint weapons he has tomorrow. I hope to see that one day the cutting-edge weapons are all gone, leaving only the space and the land for integrated monitoring system which is used for atmospheric physics astronomical hydro-geology. But no one will automatically give up the power, and the dog will bite when the dog is pushed to the wall. At the end of the colony, when the Germans left southern Chile, they burned a large forest and there is still a big area scorched earth. Has your gun been smashed? Is there too much money? Is it time? Really worry about you.
