黃偉明大師，Jackie說你問我要創意， 我一直在撓頭皮。中國市場大呀，世界的更大，好東西誰都想看啊！今天看見日本人說再過五年日本的動畫優勢就沒了，我想有可能. 你們太厲害了. 動畫有電影類和動漫遊戲類，有教育娛樂功能，大人小孩都適宜，不同年齡層對不同的類型動畫喜好比例不一樣. 年紀大些喜歡遊戲多些，孩子喜歡動漫，好動畫都喜歡. 可以尋找不同題材來適合不同市場層次需求. 動畫可以用，泥塑，剪紙，水墨的，木偶，3D，二維， 看題材. 日本的動畫，尤其宮崎駿的，色彩和意境很美. 西方動畫以3D為主，光與影透視及背景設計，無與倫比. 角色表情動作連貫順暢，栩栩如生. 美輪美奐.

Jackie小時候我去圖書館，給小Jackie 借來很多各國的童話，裡面的插畫真美呀. 很多次帶小 Jackie 去美術館, 看文藝復興后西方油畫，不喜歡近代的. 看阿拉伯國家精緻的彩繪，雖不及油畫絢麗豐滿，但比中國的墨染要細膩和更多表現力. 看日本浮世繪，構圖太妙了，層次分明，雖然顏色不複雜但是同一顏色可以有濃淡，很多日常生活的描繪，絕了. 而且不光寫實的，是以線條為主的 裝飾性的華美. 看印度的佛雕, 那麼細膩的珠寶裝飾衣飾動態都雕出來, 真好. 那些造型, 故事, 一點不比好萊塢動畫片差. 這邊美術館很少有介紹中國藝術的書, 真的.

我不知道你主要的目的是什麼. 如果你是想要宣揚中國的文化，我們小時候看封神演義，那麼多神話故事，還有許多各個朝代人物小故事，三十六計呀， 還有那麼多詩詞小說，民俗風情，中國文化的精髓都在裡邊，還有那麼多的成語. 可以把它做成動漫系列片. 中國有那麼多大名鼎鼎的國畫家, 每個人都有不同的風格，可以選他們的風格來體現某一類題材. 中國有那麼多的音樂人讓他們來配樂作曲. 我小時候都要死背那些東西，其實如看過了動畫片，那麼美，就記在心裡了，不用去死記硬背. 我看電視台的中國詩詞節目就是考人家死背的功夫，有啥意思？ 要把美呈現出來呀.要再創造啊.你也可以寫現代生活，文化碰撞，古今穿越，奇幻想像 , 可能美國人對科幻方面比較擅長.

I watched the Chinese TV poetry program, it is basically the test of the memories, meaningless! You need to present the beauty. You have to recreate the scene again. You can also write modern life, cultural collisions, ancient and modern crossings, and fantasy images. Maybe Americans are good at science fiction as well.

如果你是想孩子們接受世界文化的，世界上很多地方他們都沒有動畫片廠的，可是他們有很深厚的文化，比如說阿拉伯文化，古希臘文化，印度文化，瑪雅印加文化，Java文化，等等. 我沒有看到過一千零一夜的繪畫板， 只看見兩個講佛陀的日本動畫片，我想一定有很多的故事在柬埔寨的神秘的森林裡, 在印度稽那教神廟裡，泰國的皇宮裡，耶路撒冷的多層的市場街巷裡. 跟當地文化接融，那邊也是有很多孩子，和有童心的大人，用他們的繪畫形式來表現他們的故事，作成系列片，還可以不同語言. 順便還可以去那些國家，建立關係，也許開辦藝術學院. 寓意深遠，精神視覺大餐. 我小時候看爸爸從俄羅斯帶回來的畫，多麼嚮往，立志有一天長大我要看這個世界.

如果你是以教育為目的的，就象我上次的抽象事物形象化的建議，做建築，工程，航太類的動畫，進行模擬. 也許要用特別的program, 象simul ink 之類的. 不同單位有宣傳教育需要，也可以用動畫來做.教女兒樂理，也是一大頭疼事。如果有動畫的，那多好呀. 你在設計動畫時，也可用其中的角色去設計遊戲，電影是看的，是被動的，有很多的細節不可能在裡邊的，遊戲是互動的你可以根據原來的系列加很多的細節在裡邊，讓它更有趣. 你還可以依據角色賣附加的產品，比如說 3D人物啊, t-shirt,玩具啊海報啊各種東西，DVD等等. 發布會的時候還可以組織演出啊，或者是發獎，去旅遊看不同的文化呀等等.

Different units have the need for publicity and education, and can also do it with animation. Teaching daughter music is also a big headache. If there is animation for music theory， how nice. When you design animation, you can also use the characters to design the game. The movie is watched, it is passive。There are a lot of details that can't be included. The game is interactive, you can add a lot of details inside according to the original series, make it more interesting. You can also sell additional products according to the role, such as 3D characters, t-shirt, toys, posters, various things, DVD, etc. You can also organize performances, or awards, travel to see different cultures, etc.

你每年有預算，你就設計，啊今年做幾個大片，做幾個系列片，做什麼樣題材，針對什麼樣市場和觀眾，用什麼樣的繪畫方式.  國內宣傳政治味很濃，政治應該只是所有題材中的一小部分，可以分離開來, 也可以融入教育和娛樂. 太政治了，外面巿場不買你賬. 有些東西不必刻意去和別人比較相爭，大音希聲，你把40集的做到500集，別人自然會來找你的. 因為只有你才有這本事. 無論大人小孩兒，我們都愛看動畫. 美的動畫，深入人心的.
