無為而治

For example, last time I gave Steven and Jeff a business idea, to provide leveled certifications to art students, just like those for music ones. Because so far there is no such a thing, and they have world top class artists at hand, and that will regulate the art education and promote better artist and markets. I also suggests to provide certifications for those handcrafts man, so they can officially sell their products, such as bags, jewelries, jade carving, silverware, embroiled clothes, etc. in world markets. Same idea can also be applied to certify world drama and entertainers' education. Another example, there are a lot of certification services in the world, for system ISO9000, etc, for products, UL, etc. each country had its own special departments. Actually, they are doing the same thing, but with different standards, different logos. Actually, setup a set of common standards, one certification service, distributed office will serve the purpose, world wide. American is strange because other countries in the world all use metro system. It would be better if they can adopt the common one. Another example, the most barriers for Asian to survive in U S is the language. Is it possible to setup a dual language system in China that mandate all kids to learn both Chinese and English as the second language? It is the most popular used one in all fields in the world. European had no problems talking in different languages, no problem at all. Different countries developed their own standards and structures by themselves for similar things. If we can evaluate the standards, find the most common reasonable ones, make them universal ones, it is easier for everyone. Like products, like construction code, like food, sanitation condition, drug, freeway system. All fields, all standards.  As the development fluctuates from place to place, you add tolerance to the standards, or variations.

I knew what American are really concerning is not being left by the main Euro-Asian continents. American tried hard to occupy there, as this is the place the first civilization started, it was and still will be the center of the world. Location, location, location. All these years Persian war, Iraq war, were for that purpose. The market is saturated in U.S., the capital looks for new land. However, American strategists are not so good, they are too far away, not enough knowledge there. Chinese are crazy about America as it is advanced with a lot of space. Recently a lot of Chinese came spent a lot of money, and those money had no good return as the market is full. Not a smart investment. Needs more people bring new creative opportunities, or share the world resources.

I do not know what kind of special country relationship we are pursuing. I just noticed, mentally and material wise, here is not ready. People are negative towards Chinese people, not enough facilities to help to support new coming Chinese. Chinese government is a solid stable central control government, not like Silk Road net-worker Arabians, nor world trader Jewish, nor aggressive Indians, nor catholic big family Latinos, generally speaking, has not enough organizations to support those new spreaders. Chinese philosopher, two thousand years ago , mentioned that autonomous management or human interfere-free management. In this world most of the utilities are done by computer control, never heard someone argue for the service, no need. If most of the government management, can be done by setting up scientific rules, operated by automatic optimization controls, less human interfere, the better. I imagine, one day politics, maybe even religion, is like the entertainment sports preference, you pick what you like. The fundamental things of societies are managed by intelligent machines. You can set up of monitors on what people 's favors, find the percentage. you can also use media, advertisements to lead and educate people to change their favors. No hurt on the running of society, not a reason to cause violent wars, nor hatred among human beings. Am I crazy ?
