環境保護系統工程 Environmental protection systematic project

環境保護是個系統工程，因為地理位置不止一個區域，一個省或一個國. 中國除了沿海漸江地區污染嚴重些，內地大部分地區沒有污染. 我帶Jackie 去山東拜孔子，江蘇一路過去，真綠，真乾淨，真美. 東北天藍地綠, 北疆象北歐, 湖南, 廣西, 湖北, 雲南, 大部分四川, 都鬱鬱蔥蔥的. 先不說工業，光說環境保護. 我記得在三江源時, 水還是清的. 車沿江開了幾小時水就開始變混了. 我想起千島湖專門養魚是為了消化上游下來的污水的，那個水段魚是不讓釣來吃的. 我覺得，所有的自然河流，森林，農田，應該有監控點，不止是測水位，流速，清晰度，化學成份，氣溫，氧，等等. 用太陽能或長期電池，把信息匯送到基站. 同時有衛星群收集地球大氣物理變化，把數據綜合起來，監控. 美軍有專門化學探測器，也有紅外衛星監視地球水文, 地質, 氣象, 磁場變化. 中國從陝西朝西，一大片沙漠. 我知道現在人工降雨技術提高，可以定期降雨. 也可以南水北調，或大江開支流. 有計劃地一步一步植樹, 植林. 因為只有這樣才能保持水土, 保護環境, 人才能搬去住.
