全球化歷史轉折關頭的世界政治論壇

前言 Preface

當今科技日新月異，互聯網，無線通訊，人工智慧，讓信息可以超越國界，甚至在特殊渠道四處亂竄。還有高速鐵路超音速飛機的技術的成熟，一日之內可以跨洲來回。大航海以後，人類的文明是以海洋文明為主，現在逐步又恢復大陸文明，跨洲的流通越來越方便。流動的東西按照上帝的法則總要去平衡，於是，人類社會呼喚超越國界的全球文明進一步地平衡，要建立全球化的系統，合理，優化使用地球的各種資源，讓整個人類共享人類的先進文明成果。看吧，歷史的航船要駛入更廣大的全球化人類命運共同體領域了.

Today's science and technology are changing with each passing day. The Internet, wireless communications, and artificial intelligence allow information to transcend national boundaries and even scurry around in special channels. There is also the maturity of high-speed railway supersonic aircraft technology, which can let people travel back and forth across continents within a day. After the great voyages, the civilization of mankind is dominated by marine civilization, and now continental civilization is gradually restored, and cross-continent circulation is becoming more and more convenient. Flowing things should always be balanced according to God』s law. Therefore, human society calls for a global civilization that transcends national boundaries to further balance. It is necessary to establish a globalized system, rationally and optimally use the various resources of the earth, so that the entire mankind can share the advanced humanity fruits of civilization. Look, the ship of history is about to sail into the broader field of a global community of shared future for mankind.

凡歷史轉折的關頭那一定是電光火石浪花飛濺的。因為特別的關係，我女兒Jackie被挑選來參加最早是由中國的領袖們為主持人的世界政治論壇. 世界政治論壇每天連線幾位全世界不同國家的政府首腦，大家互相交流認識，或介紹各國的文化，或會樂器的領袖們一起合奏，其樂融融. 幾年以後輪換，是以猶太人為主的政府領袖來做莊主. 世界上絕大部分領袖都受邀來參加過世界政治論壇。同時，有猶太人夢工廠和蘋果微軟的幾位企業界大佬們做主持，每周都邀請各國的領袖以及世界頂級的各行業的企業界大咖，包括中國的，不遠萬里從世界各國來美國聚會，互相交流認識，絕大部分政府高層，五百強企業領袖們都來親自私會。讓全球化的理念深入人心，為全球化做宣傳和準備.  真的是前無古人啊。

At the turning point of history, it must be splashed by electric light and flint waves. Because of a special relationship, my daughter Jackie was selected to participate in the World Political Forum, which was first hosted by Chinese leaders. The World Political Forum connected with several heads of government from different countries around the world every day, and everyone exchanged knowledge or introduced different countries』 cultures，leaders who have talents in musical instruments played together, and they had a good time. A few years later, the Jewishgovernment leaders became the masters. Most of the leaders in the world have been invited to participate in the World Political Forum. At the same time, several corporate leaders from the Jewish DreamWorks, Apple and Microsoft were hosting, and every week they invited leaders from various countries and the world』s top corporate leaders in various industries, including China, from all over the world to the United States, gathered together to exchange knowledge. Most of the top government officials and top 500 business leaders came to private meetings in person. Let the concept of globalization penetrate into the hearts of the people, and make publicity and preparations for globalization. It is really unprecedented.

因為我是媽媽，又有國際政治和系統設計的背景，主辦單位讓我跑龍套. 他們每天向我約稿，由他們出題目讓我寫日記。於是斷斷續續我有了好幾年的日記積累。雖然我從來沒見過這些世界頂層大人物們，但通過我女兒，我也認識了這些世界領袖和企業界大佬。我日記寫到2018年結束，然後加以整理，翻譯成英文. 在日記中，我寫我的個人的價值觀，我寫我自然純良的人性，我寫我的對未來的憧憬，我寫這些世界最高層人士的不為人知的那一方面，我寫對中國政府和智庫，以及世界所有智庫的遙遠呼喚和期望，我寫我的全球化大系統的頂層設計概念，（只寫了一半） 我寫目擊歷史向前的大河奔流！我其中一些想法，可以看得見已經改變了大國政府某些決策和世界歷史前進的航向和腳步。萬里長征的不歸路啊。

Because I am a mother and have a background in international politics and system design, the organizer asked me to play a side role. They asked me for drafts every day, and they asked me to write a diary. So intermittently I have accumulated a diary for several years. Although I have never met these top big figures in the world, through my daughter, I have also known these world leaders and big business leaders. I wrote my diary till the year of 2018, and then I compiled it and translated it into English. In the diary, I write about my personal values, I write about my natural and pure humanity, I write about my vision for the future, I write about the unknown aspect of these top people in the world, and I write about distant calls and expectations for China. For governments, think tanks, and for all think tanks in the world, I wrote my top-level design concept of a global system, (only half of it) I wrote and witnessed the forward rush of the historical river! Some of my thoughts can be seen to have changed the course and pace of certain decisions of major governments and the progress of world history. The road of no return to the Long March.

我在微博上發表我的日記短文，其目的是為了分享和拋磚引玉. 我以前從來不接觸政治，是習主席和王滬寧主任一開始向我要政治短文，受好評后一發不可收拾。因為我沒有看見公開的大規模的全球化宣傳，而歷史向前，尤其是如此根本上改變人類社會結構的全球化，如果沒有全人類的理解支持，共同努力，可以預想各方面的阻力會很大的，道路是會很曲折的。我也不知道哪裡去找出版商，不知道要花多少錢。我總共有九大本，每一本從400-600頁不等，包括中英文。我也在尋找對此有興趣的出版商。在中國國內，我只講世界論壇由猶太領袖們做主持的那部分，我還想以後回國平平安安。在中國以外，我的生活是樹欲靜而風不止. 更是想說，無論世界上各種疫情洪水火災，如大家對全球化有共識，本可以不必如此折騰。這都是我自己個人的看法，難免會有很多謬論。外面風雨挺大的，還希望大家可以討論，但多替我遮風避雨。謝謝大家。

I publish my short diary essays on this Weibo, the purpose of which is to share and draw more ideas. I have never been involved in politics before. It was Chinese President Xi and Director Wang Huning who asked me for political essays at first, but they were out of control after being well received. Because I have not seen public large-scale globalization propaganda, and history is moving forward, especially the globalization that fundamentally changes the structure of human society. Without the understanding and support of all mankind and working together, it can be expected that all aspects of resistance will be very big, the road will be very tortuous. I don't know where to find the publisher to make abook, or how much it will cost. I have nine books in total, each with 400-600 pages, including Chinese and English. I am also looking for publishers who are interested in this. On blog in China, I would only talk about the part of the World Forum hosted by Jewish leaders. as I also want to return to China safely. Outside of China, my life is like 「willowleaves are eager for tranquility but the wind keeps on」. I want to say that no matter what kind of epidemics, floods, and fires in the world, if everyone has a consensus on globalization, there should be no need to toss like this. This is my own personal opinion, and it is inevitable that there will be many fallacies.
