首家民科「氣候惡化實驗室」開出診療地球的藥方

地球病了，體溫出現明顯變化。不外乎存在三種情況：變暖；變冷；一冷一熱溫差不斷擴大。

一、我們應該怎樣幫地球診療呢？

1、病症甄別：究竟變冷還是變暖，亦或一冷一熱。

2、病理研判：找出致病原因。

二、1988年，聯合國政府間氣候變化委員會(IPCC)和氣象界對地球進行診療。

1、 病症：正在發熱變暖。

2、 致病原理：

在大氣層包裹下地球猶如一個溫室，人為二氧化碳排放讓大氣層不斷增厚，使到地球溫室效應持續加強，導致體內蘊積熱量排泄不暢，從而造成體溫持續上升。

3、 藥方：減少人為二氧化碳排放。

4、 療效：

1988年至2004年，地球體溫持續上升0.1度。用藥后病情並沒有好轉。2005年開始，身體出現新的變化，不僅發熱（夏季不斷刷新高溫紀錄），還突然變冷（暖冬現象消失，冬季不斷刷新低溫紀錄，2021年2月10日，美國一周之內錄到2千條創低溫紀錄），同時，出現其他併發症（大地震、磁極加速北移、COVID-19大流行，各種自然災害加劇），很明顯，地球病情越來越嚴重了。

三、當下氣象與IPCC和氣象界診斷結果不符。

為什麼地球突然出現變冷呢？IPCC認為，正是病人持續發熱才會造成身體突然變冷。又開出藥方：加重藥量，否則， 2035年地球體溫將上升1.5度，界時全人類遭殃。IPCC診治地球享有最高權威，應對氣候惡化專業性不容質疑，幾十年來，全世界人民向IPCC繳納幾千億美金治療地球，可惜療效不佳，地球病情不斷惡化，IPCC和氣象界束手無策。

四、「地球氣候惡化成因研究實驗室」成立

人類總是自以為是，這不，一個民科不知天高地厚為地球治病，自費開設「地球氣候惡化成因研究實驗室」診所， 聲稱治療地球各種疑難雜症，包括項目有：現實科學、宇宙萬物自然規律、宇宙十字力、推動地球原動力、X行星，生命T模式、大地震預測、Covid-19診療方案、氣候惡化成因、新能源研發等等科目。

勞錦全何許人也？原來是《宇宙異變的先兆---SARS和禽流感的警示》著作作者，2004年7月免費贈送1000本《宇宙》向150國家發出大地震警示，要求聯合國建立全球預警監察機制，防範來自海洋微生物病毒引致全球性流行病傳播的威脅。提出通過三分鐘電能攝取電磁感應氣候實驗，考證全球變暖及一冷一熱氣候惡化的原因。

五、勞錦全指出IPCC和氣象界對地球的診斷存在十大錯誤。

1、癥狀誤判

IPCC只觀察到2004年前病人發熱癥狀，卻完全誤判了2005年迄今出現一冷一熱病徵，並將之歸究為發熱引起，另外，對病人產生許多併發症毫無認知，未能綜合辨症施治。

2、 證據缺失

IPCC僅僅觀察病人發熱、冒汗（備註：只出示北極冰川融化縮小現象，卻掩蓋南極冰蓋擴大事實）表徵，就斷定病人呼出二氧化碳太多造成體溫升高，迄今為止，沒有提供確鑿實驗證據支持二氧化碳怎樣造成地球升溫。

3、病理研判

將蔬菜大柵產生溫室效應現象等同地球恆溫狀態，不符合熱力學原理和科學邏輯，僅僅從人為二氧化碳排放視野來量度局部大氣變化，未能從宇宙與自然生態系統能量互動宏觀境界來衡量氣候變化…….。

六、2005年2月，勞錦全已對地球診斷出結果。

1、病症：

2004年前是變暖，2005年後是一冷一熱。

2、致病原理：

2004年前，電能攝取轉化為熱能造成地球變暖；2005年後，過量電能產生電磁感應造成宇宙十字力對地球自然生態系統產生擾動，從而造成地球變暖現象終結，取而代之的是一冷一熱氣溫急劇波動，一年四季溫差不斷擴大，不斷刷新夏季高溫紀錄和冬季低溫紀錄。產生各種併發症：SARS和禽流感；非洲豬瘟和Covid-19大爆發；9.3級印度洋和日本大地震；地球磁極線加速北移；澳洲高溫和美國極寒；各種流行病和自然災害加劇。二十年來，宇宙十字力擾動已從生物圈、地殼圈、水圈擴散到大氣圈，2004年，地球一冷一熱溫差變化為土35度，現在擴大至土45度，二十年擴大了土10度，已經迫近陰性力曲線振幅土50℃極值，也即是地球自然生態系統平衡的臨界線。很明顯，Covid-19大爆發表明氣候惡化正在加速。
