【Central and local management system】 
Godsociety is in motion, and for us, there is no fixed position or distance. Sometimes it is above us, sometimes below us; sometimes it is close to us, sometimes it is far away from us. 
Central Management System/ 
The All-Social Representatives Congress is the highest authority of Godsociety. It is composed of representatives of various organs, institutions, enterprises, and mass organizations of Godsociety and is held irregularly. 
The All-Social Congress elects Research Bureau, which is a permanent organ of the All-Social Congress.
The All-Social Congress elects the members of Research Bureau, the members of the Standing Committee of Research Bureau and Chairgod. 
The Standing Committee of Research Bureau is the highest decision-making organization of Godsociety. 
Chairgod is the highest leadership position in Godsociety.
Godsociety implements the system of Chairgod leading everything. Chairgod has the final decision-making power in the Standing Committee of Research Bureau and leads Constitution.
There are 161 members of Research Bureau and 9 standing members of Research Bureau. 
Standing Committee members of Research Bureau: Mao Zedong, Zhou Enlai, Zhu De, Liu Bocheng, Luo Ronghuan, Xu Xiangqian, Nie Rongzhen, Su Yu and Li Xiannian.  (顏賓)

Without a clear and shared foundation of ethical and moral standards, this Godsociety loses its godliness, becoming a force that breeds the most corrupt members while causing the greatest harm to ordinary people.
