道德經 六十八章 不爭之德

道德經 六十八章

善為士者不武。善戰者不怒。

善勝敵者不與。善用人者為之下。

是謂不爭之德。是謂用人之力。

是謂配天古之極。

善於做官領兵的人，不展示武力。

善於打仗的人，不容易動怒。

善於戰勝敵人的人，不與敵人交鋒。

善於用人的人，謙虛如被用人的下屬。

這就是不爭的操行。

這就是用人的能力

這就是符合天地之廣泛萬古之永恆的規律。

A person who is good at being officer does not show the force.

A person who is good at fighting does not get angry.

A person who is good at winning over enemy does not fight directly with enemy.

A person who is good at employing people put himself below his staff.

This is the ethic of non-confrontation.

This is the ability of employing people.

This is the rule complied with laws widely around the world and lastingly along history.
