Re: Case No. 17-MJ-7132, United States of America v. Brendt A. Christensen
I, Long Z. Liu, an attorney from California, along with tens of millions of people from the United States, China, and across the world urge the Department of Justice to charge the Defendant Brendt A. Christensen ("Defendant") with 18 U.S.C. §§1111 first degree murder.
Murder
The United States Code at 18 U.S.C. § 1111 states; Murder is the unlawful killing of another human being with malice aforethought. Every murder perpetrated by poison, lying in wait, or any other kind of willful, deliberate, malicious, and premeditated killing; or committed in the perpetration of, or attempt to perpetrate, any arson, escape, murder, kidnapping, treason, espionage, sabotage, aggravated sexual abuse or sexual abuse, child abuse, burglary, or robbery; or perpetrated as part of a pattern or practice of assault or torture against a child or children; or perpetrated from a premeditated design unlawfully and maliciously to effect the death of any human being other than him who is killed, is murder in the first degree.
o Yinying Zhang』s (「Victim」) missing body, and Defendant』s admission of holding her in his apartment against her will.
1) Law enforcement does not believe Yingying Zhang is alive[1].
2) The subject vehicle appears to have passed the victim at the bus stop and circled the block back to her location. At 2:03 p.m., subject vehicle's speed slowed and pulled over next to where the victim was standing. At 2:04 p.m. the victim entered the front passenger side of the subject vehicle. The subject vehicle pulled away from the side of the street[2].
3) The Defendant when asked about his whereabouts on June 9, 2017, between 2:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m., could not recall his whereabouts. He later advised, that he must have been either sleeping or playing video games all day on June 9, 2017[3].
4) Upon forensic examination of the Subject Phone, indicated that on or about April 19, 2017, the user of the Subject Phone, visited a forum on the website Fetlife entitled 「Abduction 101,」 to include sub-threads 「Perfect abduction fantasy」 and 「planning a kidnapping[4].」
5) Upon inspection of the interior front passenger area, it was noticeable that the area appeared to have been cleaned to a more diligent extent than the other vehicle doors which may be indicative of an attempt to conceal or destroy evidence[5].
6) On June 29, 2017, the Defendant was captured on audio recording while under law enforcement surveillance explaining how he kidnapped the victim, brought her to his apartment, and held her against her will[6].
7) As of June 30, 2017, the victim remains missing[7].
8) Based on this and other facts, law enforcement does not believe the victim is still alive[8].
It is for these reasons that the Defendant should be prosecuted for murder and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
Cordially,
Long Z. Liu, and all those concerned and similarly situated.
