1991年創作，Heal The World 是為了配合邁克爾自己的同名慈善組織所作，Heal the world是一首呼喚世界和平的歌曲，相當優秀，歌詞倡導人們保護和珍惜我們的環境，讓戰爭遠離，世界和平，我們的心中都有一個地方，那就是愛，讓我們營造一個沒有戰爭、沒有荒地，生機勃勃，到處充滿了溫暖和關懷的世界，讓孩子們可以自由的歡笑，讓世界充滿愛。

這是一首關於兒童、地球、愛心的優秀作品，詞曲都是由邁克爾一手包辦的。歌曲一開頭，便是孩子們的嬉笑聲、哭聲……這也許是讓我們從歌曲中體會到童真的可貴和重要性。邁克爾唱出了發自內心的心聲。用心去聆聽，就能體會歌曲當中流露出的情感。邁克爾的唱腔呈中性，體現了無與倫比的高超唱功，當之無愧的「假音之王」！他的聲音似乎來自另一空間，純潔而又充滿童真。正是這樣，他用這純潔的歌聲洗凈了每顆心，挖掘了人心的善良。聽了「Heal the world」之後，你會感到周圍是充滿愛心的，生活是充滿希望的，感到改善這個世界的任務是重大的。我想只有世界沒有了戰爭，兒童才是幸福的，地球才是美麗的。這首歌可謂曠世奇作！給人的感覺很多，觸動著人們的心弦！給人們留下的思考也很多……一開頭一個孩子的聲音說道：

1991年作為單碟發行，並收錄在名為《Dangerous》這張專輯中．

當時是為了全世界的兒童，成立了一個"兒童基金會"，Michael為這些孩子寫了這首動聽的歌。

2003年，Michael獲得諾貝爾和平獎提名,這是他繼1998年後第2次獲得該獎項的提名，以獎勵他孜孜不倦的慈善事業和通過音樂的方式促進世界和平所取得的成就。
