川普叫囂制裁俄、中背後的怯懦

   今天川普又吹上了，他要制裁俄羅斯和中國：
   他說：
      A LETTER SENT BY PRESIDENT DONALD J. TRUMP TO ALL NATO NATIONS AND, THE WORLD: 「I am ready to do major Sanctions on Russia when all NATO Nations have agreed, and started, to do the same thing, and when all NATO Nations STOP BUYING OIL FROM RUSSIA. As you know, NATO』S commitment to WIN has been far less than 100%, and the purchase of Russian Oil, by some, has been shocking! It greatly weakens your negotiating position, and bargaining power, over Russia. Anyway, I am ready to 「go」 when you are. Just say when? I believe that this, plus NATO, as a group, placing 50% to 100% TARIFFS ON CHINA, to be fully withdrawn after the WAR with Russia and Ukraine is ended, will also be of great help in ENDING this deadly, but RIDICULOUS, WAR. China has a strong control, and even grip, over Russia, and these powerful Tariffs will break that grip. This is not TRUMP』S WAR (it would never have started if I was President!), it is Biden』s and Zelenskyy』s WAR. I am only here to help stop it, and save thousands of Russian and Ukrainian lives (7,118 lives lost last week, alone. CRAZY!). If NATO does as I say, the WAR will end quickly, and all of those lives will be saved! If not, you are just wasting my time, and the time, energy, and money of the United States. Thank you for your attention to this matter! DONALD J. TRUMP, PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA.」 
  一旦你不假思考，一眼看去，覺得川普腰桿這次對中俄硬了，識破中、俄的伎倆，要對俄、中採取行動了，我覺得你先不要高興得太早，特別是期望川普反共的人士，對川普抱有任何幻想，政治上都是幼稚的。
  看我分析，這也是我跟帖的評論：
Although I am positive about your readiness to sanction Russia, I don't believe you really want to achieve it.

The reasons are as follows: 1. You always say more, do less, or forget in major matters.

2. The style shown in this article is abnormal and very suspicious. First of all, you have always despised the European Union, thinking that Europe is a burden to the United States, but this time you have ceded the decision to sanction Russia to the European Union. Secondly, you know that EU countries cannot immediately obtain the reality of replacing Russia's energy, but you take this as a prerequisite for sanctions against Russia. Third, impose secondary tariffs on India, but dare not impose secondary tariffs on China at the same time. You have turned your back on the second-level tariff sanctions policy you mentioned. Now you ask the EU to act with you, but in fact, according to your own commitment, you should have acted on your own long ago.

Therefore, I don't believe that you really want to do this, because you have made a lot of excuses and premises for yourself, asking others to do something first and then you do it. In fact, what I see is your inner fear of China and Russia. You dare not take action against China and Russia, trying to cover up your inner cowardice, deceive the people, and carry out false oral propaganda.

3. At any time, you will never forget to brag about yourself and belittle others. This is the only place in this article that maintains your consistent style.
雖然我對你準備制裁俄羅斯持積極態度，但我不相信你真的想實現它。

原因如下：1.在重大事情上，你總是多說少做，吹的大落實小，或者乾脆忘記。

2.你文中顯示的風格不正常且非常可疑。
首先，你一直鄙視歐盟，認為歐洲是美國的負擔，不具備影響美國的實力，但這次你居然把制裁俄羅斯的決定權讓給了歐盟。
其次，你知道歐盟國家無法立即獲得取代俄羅斯能源的現實，但你竟然把這作為制裁俄羅斯的先決條件，把不制裁或制裁不徹底的責任甩給歐盟，你們不能停止購買俄能源，叫我怎麼制裁，制裁了又能有什麼效果，所以你們先斷能源。。
第三，對印度徵收二級關稅，但不敢同時對中國徵收二級關稅。你背棄了自設的二級關稅制裁政策。現在你要求歐盟和你一起行動，但事實上，根據你自己的承諾，你早就應該自己行動了。

因此，我不相信你真的想這樣做，因為你為自己編了很多借口和前提，要求別人先做某事，然後你去做。事實上，我看到的是你內心對中國和俄羅斯的恐懼。你不敢對中國和俄羅斯採取行動，這篇文章只是你試圖掩蓋內心的懦弱，欺騙人民，進行虛假的口頭宣傳。

3.在任何時候，你都不會忘記吹噓自己和貶低他人。這是本文中唯一能保持您一致風格的地方。
4. 你責人嚴苛，要求別人100%，而責己松，別人沒做到100%，所以你就可以只說什麼都不做。

從以上的分析可以看出，川普竟然膽小了，那種鄙視世界的傲嬌突然消失了？這很奇怪，所以，他這是以貌似強硬的口氣為應付公眾，實則依然繼續建造爛尾工程的又一個樣板。
