Through the Lord』s mercies we are not consumed,

Because His compassions fail not.They are new every morning; Great is Your faithfulness.

"我們不至消滅，是出於耶和華諸般的慈愛，是因祂的憐憫不至斷絕。每早晨這都是新的，你的誠實，極其廣大。"

The man who wrote those words had seen terrible things. His city had been destroyed by enemies. His people were starving to death.

寫以上話語的人，看到了極其悲慘的事。他住的城市被敵人所毀。他的同胞挨餓凄慘。

Yet he did not give up hope. He remembered that God still loved his people. He remembered that God's compassion has no end.

然而，他沒有放棄希望。他記得神仍舊愛他的子民。神的慈愛沒有盡頭。

It is possible to run out of water. It is possible to run out of food. But they could never run out of God's compassion. It is endless.

日子可能沒有水喝，沒有糧吃。但是他們永不會失去神的憐憫，因為那是沒有止盡的。

He told his suffering people that God's love and compassion would be there to greet them every morning. Every day they could wake up full of hope because God would be there to help them. God is faithful.

作者告訴他苦難的同胞，他們每個清晨都能被神的愛和憐憫所更新。每天醒來他們都能充滿希望，因為神要幫助他們。神是信實的。
