香港明報財經報道，謝霆鋒在上周斥資1.2億港元入股漢傳媒，以23.42%持股量成為最大股東。市場預計他將透過上市公司大展拳腳發展電影業務。

According to financial reports of Hong Kong』s Ming Pao newspaper, last week Nicholas Tse spent 12 million Hong Kong dollars buying into See Corporation Limited and has become the largest shareholder with 23.42% stock holding. He is expected to extend his film business through the listed company。

　　據香港明報財經報道，謝霆鋒在上周斥資1.2億元(港元，下同)入股漢傳媒，以23.42%持股量成為最大股東。市場預計他將透過上市公司大展拳腳發展電影業務。

　　See Corporation Limited, with the market value of 568 million Hong Kong dollars before suspension, is principally engaged in entertainment and media businesses, including movie, TV show, music production, as well as artist and model management and holds 5% of Wudiao Network Television』s equities. It is also involved in securities investment. Recently See Corporation Limited is actively working on restructuring its businesses. Last Wednesday (October 22)， the company just sold its two subsidiaries responsible for artist and model management to MD Entertainment (International) Limited at the price of 750,000 Hong Kong dollars。

　　漢傳媒主要從事娛樂及媒體業務，包括電影、電視節目、音樂製作，以及藝人模特兒管理，並持有無銚網路電視5%權益，另外還涉足證券投資，停牌前市值為5.68億元。漢傳媒近期正積極重組業務架構，公司剛在上周三(22日)將負責藝人及模特兒管理的子公司「潮人館」及「潮音樂」出售予澳滌娛樂(國際)有限公司，作價為75萬元。

　　According to the changes in ownership from Hong Kong Exchanges, Nicholas Tse bought 350 million shares of See Corporation Limited by OTC trading, at the price of 0.35 Hong Kong dollar per share, a discount of 7.9% to the level before suspension. The total cost was 122.5 million Hong Kong dollar.  He has become the largest shareholder with 23.42% stock holding. It is still unclear whether Nicholas will take up a position, or whether his Post Production Office Limited will be injected into the listed company. Nicholas Tse』s agent Mani said that she was inconvenient to comment on Nicholas』 private investment.  Further information will be offered through the notice of the listed company。

　　據港交所股權變動資料顯示，謝霆鋒則在同一日於場外以每股0.35元買入3.5億股漢傳媒，每股作價較停牌前折讓7.9%，總代價為1.225億元，持股量23.42%成為最大股東。目前不清楚謝霆鋒入主後會否出任上市公司職務，或者會否將其後期製作公司PO朝霆注入上市公司中。謝霆鋒的經理人霍汶希接受查詢時表示，此為謝霆鋒的私人投資，不方便作出評論，進一步消息會透過上市公司通告發表。

　　2001年，謝霆鋒拍攝一首歌的MV時，始終無法達到預期效果，他就意識到香港本地製作水平的落伍以及其中蘊含的商機。2003年，他抵押出房子，在香港銅鑼灣開設製作室而成立公司PO朝霆，主要從事電視廣告的後期製作。經過10年發展，PO已成為香港最出名的特效公司，提供電影、遊戲、廣告等後期製作服務。前不久，謝霆鋒在電視訪談《大牌駕到》中透露，PO朝霆尚未計劃上市，香港、上海、北京三家分公司年利潤已過億。
