The defendant made these representations in order to induce the plaintiff into this marriage and the marriage was induced by the defendant so as to afford defendant a means of obtaining lawful permanent admission into the United States for residence as an immigrant, to which defendant would otherwise not have been entitled, thereby deceiving, inter alia, the plaintiff and the Citizenship and Immigration Services of the United States.

參考譯文： 被告的這些表現只是為了引 誘原告與被告進入婚姻，而結婚 只是讓被告得到合法地進入美國 作為移民 永久居住的途徑，如果沒有婚姻這條途徑，被告是沒資格得到的，所以他是欺騙，尤其（嚴重的是，除了欺騙戶口之外），還欺騙了原告，欺騙了美國公民，欺騙了美國的移民局。      原告律師 俞國豪

感謝風天光顧。俞國豪這種不學無術的流氓都能拿到美國律師執照，不難想象美國司法界的人渣含量是多麼的高！
