CHAPTER FOUR: ANOTHER DAY ANOTHER DOLLAR

Julia woke up the next morning, feeling as if she were punched in the gut. Grouchily, she stomped down the stairs, hoping to find some type of food that would satisfy her. Luckily, there were pork chops.

Hungrily, Julia dove her face into the raw meal. She then burped and went back upstairs. Julia got dressed for school and got her books. She ran back downstairs and fed Lulu. Julia sprinted to the bus stop. She waited for the bus to arrive. While she was waiting, Julia was applying makeup and lip gloss. Finally, the bus came!

Julia climbed the steps then moved along the aisle of seats and chatting students.

「Have you heard that Mrs. Oliver died?」One blond said.

Julia opened her mouth to speak, then realized that she was the one that killed Mrs. Oliver. She decided to keep her mouth shut. Julia took a seat next to a Goth girl. Everything on her was black, her lipstick, her hair, her clothing and even her nails were black with little vampire stickers.

「Uhh, hi, I』m Julia, I just moved here.」Julia lied, she had actually been here her whole life.

「Whatever.」Goth girl mumbled.

「Geez, can』t a werewolf girl get any respect?」Julia sighed.

「Wait, wait, did you say werewolf?」Goth girl asked with curiosity.

「Yes.」Julia said proudly.

She did not know what it was like being exposed.

「Prove it.」Goth girl said her eyes twinkling.

「Okay, but you can』t tell anyone.」Julia whispered.

Julia showed the Goth girl her fangs.

「How do I know there not fake?」Goth girl said. She did have a point.
