上禮拜五，雨後晴天。
年輕朋友夫婦駕車到Granville
Island，一起走了South
False Creek的Seawall,
從Granville
island到Cambie
Street Bridge這一段，總共2
公里多。這段路美在身邊是海/遊艇，對岸是城市；步行道2018年新修過。
但是那段路很難拍出美感，一是太大氣了，二是午後陽光下一覽無餘。
回程走了1/3的坡路（朋友丈夫的車停在那裡），就有斑駁秋葉的光影。
走坡走海邊都很心曠神怡。

- Hence you had back surgery!!! I felt more pain after I walked from one store to another and back to the first one. The distance between two stores was about 50 meters. I am afraid to have the surgery because there is likelihood of paralyze. Mine is a combination of aging and others. You look very fit in your photos. Walking about one km when I was young (from toddler to 30s) could cause my body more pains (back, hips, knees, ankles, feet).

- Looking back my posts then I saw your message 3 years ago. Now i am same situation as you. Lots of pain all the time. I had a cancer surgery this January (the 2nd one). And my spine got severe narrow. This is the life. Thank you for your sharing and I know I am not alone bearing the body pain.
