不論是反對他還是支持他，可以確定的是，99.9%的人都沒有真的和川普他本人來往過或長時間的交談過。大部份的人最多只是在電視上或竟選大會上看到他的一言半語，對於了解他本人到底如何，私底下是甚麼樣子，工作水平如何，難免會像是霧裡看花，不夠真實。

現實也相當符合以上這些人的評價。川普手下的公司企業大多經營不佳。媒體從他的稅單中發現，川普整個集團的經營，在 2000 -2018 年實際收入為 負1.74 億美元。從 2000 年開始計算，川普的所有高爾夫場地總計的虧損是 3.16 億美元。他的的生意和房產基本上都在虧損。他本人還欠了銀行＄４億多美金，在幾年內到期。（見注15）

他經手過的眾多產品或公司大多失敗 －
