美味的河豚套餐

看見大家在村裡貼海鮮火鍋等美食的照片，勾起了我的饞蟲，想起在前年冬季吃的河豚火鍋。

日本人做魚很有一套，一條魚不同的部位有不同吃法。就連河豚都敢做成生魚片吃。

先用河豚最嫩的部位做成生魚片，剩餘的部分做成海鮮火鍋。

河豚生魚片

河豚海鮮火鍋

河豚生魚片吃起來一點都不腥，口感有點脆脆的。煮出來的河豚肉有點象肥豬肉，嫩嫩的但又不膩，鮮美可口。最後再把米飯倒入剩下的海鮮湯煮成菜粥，一點都不浪費。

這個品嘗難度就大了點，德國沒有這河豚肉，除了日本不知還有哪裡人會吃這個。。。

most of people who i am friends with are doing well with quite standard american middle class life. all of them are using coupons. none of them feels embarrassed.

have you ever seen warren buffett or bill gates bragging about his wealth?

in a modern society, you can't survive without money, but money isn't everything...

在咱中國也是吃得到的。不過據說因河豚肝臟部分有毒，國內禁食

yeah, i kinda expected around $100, since it wasn't that filling for that dinner...

but in other places of japan, things weren't that expensive as that in tokoy...
