In my opinion, the flu shot is a waste of time and money for most people. Through research and my clinical experience, I've just not seen the kind of efficacy that would make me a believer.

• What the research demonstrates
• Why some studies are more reliable than others
• Who I would recommend get an annual flu shot
• Better ways to strengthen your immune system

俺倒是覺得打感冒預防針后俺患感冒的次數明顯減少了。

這個問題俺確實沒從理性層面多思考和分析， 只是 respect authority』s recommendation to have the peace of mind.

很想聽聽您從 fundamental science 和 clinical research 來談談 what makes you disbelieve?  或者說對這一段話的理解和意見：

我也沒有打過感冒疫苗，我覺著感冒病毒變異性太大，亞形太多，沒必要打。你的觀點我倒是贊成。其他針對性疫苗，我還是贊成打的
