在BBB的幫助下,亞馬遜歸還了被盜的75美元禮品卡
我的亞馬遜賬號8月8日被黑客盜竊,我在兩個多月期間打亞馬遜客服電話八次投訴無果,10月29日我向BBB投訴。11月8日BBB回復。11月9日我查郵件,亞馬遜歸還了我的被盜賬戶里的75美元禮品卡。
我懷疑8月8日盜竊我的賬號的黑客實際上是亞馬遜官方。看到我的賬號像是死了的賬號,裡面有錢,卻整年不登陸不使用,就假扮黑客盜了它。這可以解釋為啥無論我如何賣力地投訴,它都不歸還。
真的懂電腦的黑客會去盜竊別人的亞馬遜賬號嗎?能有什麼收穫?不掌握亞馬遜內部的技術秘密,就要同時破解我的電子郵箱密碼和亞馬遜賬號密碼才能盜走賬號,這不是一般的爛崽有能力做到的。這個黑客大概率是亞馬遜內部的技術人員。
以下是我寫給BBB的回復:
Amazon sent the response message initiated by BBB to my old email xxx@yahoo.com before my Amazon account was hacked, assuming I still actively use it, which is true.
After resetting the passwords following its instruction I see $75 gift card balance is still there.
I had made 8 calls to Amazon customer service number in two months to complain, and on average I talked with Amazon staff 30 minutes each time on phone, and nothing got done, untill I filed this claim to BBB. Amazon probably bets 99% of customers like me would give up.
Without help from BBB I won't be able to resolve this issue l. Thanks to BBB.
