我給地鐵填表報告問題

紐約家庭法院門外的地鐵蓋子總是翹起來，嚴重危害行人安全，並且這個事情已經發生多次。我沒報警，但在地鐵的網站上填了表。不知道他們能怎麼反應。

a steel cover of subway tunnel in front of new york county family court across street often pops up. i saw this happened a number of times. this is a safety hazzard to pedestrians.

please keep this cover down!

我的英語並不很利落。不打稿隨手寫出來就這樣。我在機場當客服，遇到事情需要用對講機報告時也是這個腔調。

廣大的高學歷混滋傻們怎麼看待地鐵的鐵蓋子經常翹起來？

回復 qwxqwsean 2021-9-22 08:29: 我用手電筒照了，這個蓋子下面是地鐵的地道，順樓梯下去就是軌道。可以做為007，這樣走下地鐵軌道上搞破壞。

其回復原文：

We appreciate you reporting the condition you observed. Unfortunately, we are unable to investigate this matter without further information. We would need to know the exact location of the subway hatch door, including the borough, the station, the cross streets, and a specific street address, if possible. If you can provide these details, please email us through our website at www.mta.info or call 511 to speak with a customer service representative. We can then investigate and take corrective action.

我按其郵件中的指示，先打511電話，經過一長串選項后，等著人工接聽，結果我等了十分鐘也沒人接電話。

於是我再按其郵件的指示重新在www.mta.info上重新填建議表。我寫的是：

this hatch door remains open all days and nights. This is a safety hazzard. please shut this door.

location: 60 Lafayette Street, New York

It is located across street in front of the main entrance of New York County Family Court, and on the west side of collect pond park.

地鐵的工作人員工作顯然很懶很敷衍。
