真實笑話一則 – IT效應
公司老總Paul Smith要去中國, 讓秘書Jane到IT定購一個手提電腦電池。
Jane在IT網上下了一個單, 註明是為老總Paul Smith買的,要在一個星期內拿到。
兩天後Paul接到一份email, 請他審核Jane下的單。Jane越築代庖, 批准了訂單。
於是:
Level I Help Desk Operator (Romania) – Received and send to Level II (2days)
Level II (Hungary) – Approved and send to IT for approval (2days)
IT (EMEA) Service Manager – Approved and send to IT Manager for approval (1 week)
IT Manager (NA) – Approved and send to IT GSM for approval (1week)
IT GSM (APO) – Approved and send to ITE for approval(1week)
ITE – TLO and vacation ( 2 weeks)
老總從中國回來,電池尚沒到。Jane接到老總密授, 大踏步走進CIO的辦公室,卸下CIO的電腦電池, 一言不發, 拿了就走。CIO被突來的, 人為的電腦死機大為不解,氣得大喊大叫。一路跟著Jane來到老總辦公室。
老總說, 『If you (IT) can not take action, I will take action myself』.
