First Impression

I really like this "海外華人俱樂部「。 Nevertheless there are some glitches in some operations. Somehow, I can't upload any photos for my profile picture, and there are some types of picture formats they don't support. But it is good to see a social internet site for people who use Chinese.

As a friend who doesn't know me well, you may wonder why I don't use Chinese here. Let me explain and hope that you can understand and don't count it against me. I came to the US as a teenager, from Hong Kong. Even though I have retained my use of Chinese, I don't have any Chinese input skill. I have committed to learn Pinyin now, but it is still pretty hard, and I have made some slow progress. (Plus the fact that I am old and forgetful, you can see the hurdles I have before me.) You may see me inputing some Chinese here and there. Hopefully, in a short period of time, I can communicate with you all in Chinese here.
