按:Irish Cream Liquor 是一個味道非常好的低度酒。可以單獨品嘗也可和加入其它原料製作雞尾酒。
 
 
Irish Cream Liquor Recipe
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 3/4 cup can sweetened condensed milk 
  • 1 1/4 cup Irish whiskey
  • 2 tablespoon. chocolate flavored syrup
  • 2 teaspoon instant coffee crystals
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
把上述原料放在一個的容器內,充分攪拌。然後在冰箱里凍一晚即可使用。
 
 

附:How to Use Irish Cream Liquor

The easiest cocktail, of course, is simply Irish Cream liquor on the rocks. For the best results, use big chunks of cracked ice. They'll keep the liquor cool without melting too fast and watering it down.

For a slightly fancier presentation that will "wow" guests, drizzle fine lines of chocolate-flavored syrup into a chilled cocktail glass. Pour the refrigerate Irish cream into the glass, being careful not to wash away the syrup. Garnish with chocolate shavings to serve.

And for a delicious warm drink,there's the classic Irish cream and coffee. Pour a shot of Irish cream into a heat-proof mug, and top off with hot coffee. Stir, sip, and enjoy

後記:1)試做了.效果很好.
     2)另加了3個雞蛋.
     3)酒的濃度可以根據自己及家人的口味調節。(因為Irish whiskey 是40%的酒精濃度)。
     4)vanilla extract 的濃度也可以根據自己喜好調節。

本人喜歡Irish Cream liquor on the rocks,以及用它做的雞尾酒。
Irish Cream liquor with Coffee 為老外喜好,偶爾為之還可以,不常常用。
