隨想, 如果 把 .cn 從13台頂級域名伺服器中刪去 !

it is easy to resolve, just build couple "root name servers" inside china,
with replicating all current DNS records, NS, MX, A and so on

then have all "tier-1 service providers" in China, use "chinese root name servers";
by this way,
there will be NO any impact to end-users inside china to use  www.baidu.com or www.xxxx.CN;
only people outside china, may not be able to use  www.xxxx.CN

NOTE:
for most DNS setting with end-use PC, auto/DHCP set w/ using provider DNS;
lower-layer/tier provider use upper-layer/tier provider's  NS
CTC & CNC just need to build couple "root name servers" then have all service providers
add "CTC & CNC root NS"...
沒那麼嚴重 !  信息地獄? 信息孤島?... most chinese  no need to surf internet outside china,
except import/export business... there are many global enterprise inside china !
actually, connectivity btwn China & US down for many times !

中國的百度還得受制於美國人，中國的所有.com 名下的網站也是一個命運。 甚至中國的.cn 域名也掌握在美國政府的手中。 因為全世界那13台頂級域名伺服器都由美國商業部下屬的一個組織管理。 只要把.cn從頂級域名伺服器中刪去，幾天之後中國多數網站就基本上玩完了。 加上國際線路的中斷，那中國可就不是方舟子說的「信息孤島」了，而是信息地獄。
