Because buyers from China.  The previous owners of my next door initially asked for US$1,200,000 for their house and reduced the price to US$900,000 later.  China buyers bought it for US$1.9 million.  The agent of the China buyers cheated the China buyers.  I never saw the China owners for about 10 years.  I think that the China owners have a irresponsible agent to manger their house because it looks like that it is used as a (wood or machine) workshop.

經紀自己變成炒房團了?這裡的房子需要交稅交各種費需要不停維修,因法律偏袒租戶,買很多房不是資產而是負擔,很多人都是買了幾處房后破產,所有財富歸零,經紀也一樣。
