In a democracy, official mistakes can be corrected by people, including waters and activists; while under an authoritative regime, only the rulers themselves can right their own wrongs. The CCP always advocates self criticism, but pretty much outlaws criticism from the people. Don』t tell me your political system is better I』m handling such cases. Another advantage that a free society has is the free press which, even in this case, played positive roles in bring back the justice. Can I put media do that?
