回復舉報 [ 76樓 遊客 (99.227.x.x) ] 發表於 2016-6-16 06:12: 錢沒收了，是可以要回來的，只是需要填寫申述文件寄給海關，解釋清楚了就會退錢。這和美國警察抓人但不一定有罪一樣，到法庭審理后才決定是否有罪。。。。。。中國人只是不熟悉這個流程，以為錢沒收了就要不回來了

If you travel with someone else and between the two of you, you carry more than $10,000, you are required to report the amount to customs.
