Are you taking evening class or day time class?
Usually part-time students register evening classes,
and most of them are busy at work, family etc...
and don't have time input their effort and time....
For some students, their tuitions are reimbursed by the companies,
as long as getting C above, they are happy,
so they don』t usually care about the grades.
Especially for students who pursue Master Degree,
their undergraduate grades (and GRE or GMAT) are good enough
to be accepted by the school, why do they need A again?
If the team member is assigned by the professor, you have no
choice, but work it out.
Try to brain storm before starting the project, and have them
volunteer to take and play a role based on their expertise
or preference.
It may NOT be a good idea to explore team』s problems to the
professor – everyone would be a loser in the team if you do...
Team leader can be rotated too!
Complain in front of team member can only damage the team,
but it won』t help to accomplish the assignment better.
If you have choice to pick-up your own team member, I would always observe during the class to consider students who put more thoughts to the subject…….
