Blue Hawaiian

Ingredients        

• 0.75 oz (2.25 cl) rum
• 0.75 oz (2.25) vodka
• 0.5 oz (1.5 cl) blue Curacao
• 3 – 4 oz (9 – 12 cl) pineapple juice
• 1 oz (3 cl) cream of coconut
• Ice
  

   Garnishes        

• Pineapple slice
• Cherry
  

   Glass        

• Collins glass
• Small Hurricane Glass
  

   Instructions
  On the rocks        

• Combine ingredients in a shaker with ice.
• Mix well and strain into a collins or small hurricane glass filled with crushed ice.
  

   Blended        

• Combine with a scoop of ice in an electric mixer.
• Mix well (15 – 20 sec).
• Pour into collins or small hurricane glass.
