中國的基礎研究並不差多少，製造能力還差點火候。假以時日，砸錢砸人，趕上，甚至超過也不是啥稀罕事。要知道當年蘇聯鼎盛之時的經濟規模也不到美國的一半。但是在舉國體制下，蘇聯的科技發展，特別是軍備一直是和美國齊頭並進。
